The Problem：
- In the case of projection screen , the connection of screens and holders are the Nylon bar.
The screen clothes should have some features such as. anti-wrinkle, no static, and UV resistance. In view of the high cost, we should control the quality of the final product. If there is a problem during the sewing process the screen would be rejected. Therefore. it will be very important for us to solve the sewing issue.
- If we adopt general electrophoresis method, because of the thin electrophoresis, we can not cover the defects of products surface.
The Process：
- Facing the issue, the best solution is to find the substitutable material. After the certain time analysis and some related tests, finally we selected the best material PP+TPR.
- Through the series tests of Anodizing and Spray-paint, we solved the problems which improved the surface finish.
How to Inspect the Products：
We have made many tests in the process, including oversewing test, environment test, simulated distotion test.
The Material and Technic:
The technics we use: injection molding, nylon extrusion,aluminium extrusion, spray-paint, flocking, sewing, die-casting, electronic plating, lathe manufacture, and automatic assembly.
The Final Result
After researching and testing various materials and methods of manufacturing. We are able to produce a high quality product for the consumer market.
