1. What is your payment term?

Or, you can advise us your acceptable terms. But usually customers have to deposit some amount of money in advance, which is just for us to prepare materials. The prepaid-amount depends on your order quantity, your location and how many business credit points you have got from us etc.

2. How long is the delivery time?
Vary from 15 days to 45 days or even longer, depending on the style, quantity of products you have ordered and quality requests etc.

3. How can I get a sample?
After you have confirmed the ones you are interested in, you may advise us by phone or by emailing us. We will let you know the sample status. Some will be free of charge while the others might be not, with freight collect. These costs can be refunded to customers when you place orders in a certain amount next time.

4. What is the minimum quantity of the order?
It depends on which item you order or how much the total goods value is. Prices will be varied from different levels for different quantities, too.

5. Can I get a discount on my order?
Sure, but it is normally for large amount orders and also for some old customers. However, if raw material costs fall down dramatically or if customers are willing to accept 100% T/T payment term, we will also consider offering a discount. Please email and speak with us for more details.

6. Can you accomplish a customized product?
We provide customers with OEM and ODM services. We have a team of dedicated expert engineers who have been working in product designing, plastic molding, metal stamping, die casting, surface finishing and electric & electronics for over ten years. They can support you with solutions on various kinds of design and technical problems even from your initial ideas. On top of engineering, our in-house mold workshop, injection molding machines, painting and printing lines and assembly lines are able to offer you quality items with competitive prices.

7. How about shipping ways?
Usually by sea or by air. We have logistics dept who are capable to handle shipping affairs. You may advise us your own courier or forwarder. We will contact them once the goods is 80% prepared and passed QA.

8. How do you ensure quality?
Hardagroup is ISO9001:2000 certified company. We strictly carry out our QC system. Further more, we have built up a in-house sample testing lab recently, which can inspect dimensions, surface finishing, hardness, strength, impacting,  erosion resistance as well as lifetime etc. In this case, we can be aware of defects ahead of the mass production.
